The networked heating system automatically adjusts the output to suit occupancy and usage. This means that the heat and hot water supply remains reliably stable even when the building is heavily occupied - without any loss of comfort for guests or additional work for operators.
The hygienic fresh water technology from varmeco provides fresh hot water at all times and exactly as required. The consistent flow-through principle prevents stagnation, hygiene requirements are reliably met and the risk of legionella is reliably minimized. Fresh water heaters such as the FWE basic strictly separate heating and drinking water and are ideal for applications with high hygiene requirements - for example in hotels, in new buildings or renovations with heat pumps and in modern, compact systems with a connection to the building management system.
Guests benefit from constant hot water and pleasant temperatures at all times. Operators gain security, transparency and smooth operation - without having to worry about the technology on a daily basis.
The system controller VarCon380 coordinates all heat sources and consumers in the hotel:
- Preferred e.g. Solar energy and PVT heat
- Switches CHP, boiler and eXergiemaschine on as required
- Enables remote access and transparent display of system data
The eXergie WP storage cylinder is a heat pump stratified storage cylinder that specifically separates different temperature levels: higher temperatures in the upper range for hot water heating and lower temperatures in the lower range for building heating. Optimized temperature stratification using a thermal separating plate and spray charging pipes ensures high efficiency. The cylinder can be ideally combined with heat pumps and the eXergiemaschine, enables hygienic hot water preparation via fresh water stations and is available in practical sizes of 800, 1,000 and 1,500 liters.
