Era necessaria una soluzione per l'acqua calda sicura dal punto di vista igienico, con il minor consumo energetico possibile e un'elevata efficienza complessiva della tecnologia di riscaldamento.<\/li><li data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"1146\"><strong data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"825\">Soluzione:<\/strong><br data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"828\" \/>Suddivisione della tecnologia di riscaldamento in intervalli di bassa e alta temperatura. Le pompe di calore aria-acqua generano circa 40 \u00b0C per il riscaldamento e il bollitore a bassa temperatura. Come pompa di calore acqua-acqua, la eXergiemaschine (eXm) si occupa del riscaldamento efficiente a circa 65 \u00b0C per la preparazione dell'acqua calda sanitaria - con un COP di circa 5.<\/li><li data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1631\"><strong data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1173\">Come funziona eXm:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1176\" \/>L'eXergiemaschine utilizza l'energia del bollitore a bassa temperatura come fonte, aumenta il livello di temperatura a circa 65 \u00b0C e lo utilizza per caricare un bollitore ad alta temperatura che alimenta gli scaldacqua. A seconda delle dimensioni dell'edificio, si utilizzano apparecchi a parete da 5 kW o un apparecchio indipendente da 20 kW. Grazie al riscaldamento altamente efficiente, la pompa di calore principale funziona nell'intervallo di funzionamento ottimale e raggiunge un elevato fattore di rendimento stagionale.<\/li><li
