Efficient local heating network for four connected buildings

Solar-assisted heat supply with intelligent control technology

Four buildings with 13 units each were equipped with varmeco VarCon380 Pro heating system technology. The system control regulates
Local heating network, heat source, storage management, heating circuits,
Solar thermal and fresh water technology.

Two buildings each form a local heating network with a central station and substation.

The heat supply is a Buderus condensing boiler with 85KW, which is controlled via a 0-10V signal. Each building was equipped with a 36m² flat collector system and 3 x 850 l
The substation is equipped with a control unit stratified storage tank. The substation requests heat from the control center. Each of the four buildings is supplied with heat from a solar collector system with a gross area of 36 m².
All pumps in the system are power-controlled by means of a 0-10V signal.
To minimize pressure losses, FWE60 fresh water heaters were used, allowing the 60°C hot domestic hot water to be generated at just 63°C in the cylinder.
