What does the VARIO eXchange-nova do?

At its core, the local heating transfer station is the link between the public local heating network and your heating system in the building. It reliably transfers the heat medium - e.g. hot water - from the supplier to your system. It ensures maximum safety and flexibility through hydraulic separation by means of a high-quality plate heat exchanger: your domestic installation remains cleanly separated from the public network.
The centerpiece of the station is the integrated VarCon211 type controller. It turns the VARIO eXchange-nova into an independent and fully automatic unit. The VarCon211 regulates the primary valve and the secondary pump depending on the heat requirement. This means that only as much heat is transferred as is actually required - and always at the right flow temperature.

Technical structure & functions

Space-saving wall mounting: The entire station is mounted directly on the wall and requires very little space in the technical area.
Clearly structured connection: The local heating pipe from the grid provides the heat input on the primary side of the station. A buffer cylinder is connected on the secondary side, which provides the heat for your heating circuits or hot water preparation.
Integrated control: The controller installed in the station automatically controls the primary valve (supply from the mains) and the external secondary pump (supply to your system).
Efficient heat transfer: The built-in plate heat exchanger guarantees reliable and efficient heat transfer.
Connection for heat meter: A fitting for the simple installation of a heat meter is already integrated.
Optional extensions: If required, the station can be extended to include a heating circuit control system. An Internet connection is also possible; the system parameters and data can be conveniently visualized via the varmeco management server.
