Application

Delivery status:
Middle ring offset by 120 mm, so no cross seam necessary during production.

Construction site assembly and installation:
Buffer cylinder kit for use in rooms with a minimum height of 2000 mm.
Smallest insertion opening: 700 x 1800 mm

What is required for assembly:

Sufficiently large openings and passages for inserting the individual parts
Separating tool for completely dividing the buffer tank
Lifting gear, transport trolleys, etc., if necessary.
Sufficient space for temporary storage
Clean, dry place (room temperature at least 10°C) Space requirement: at least approx. 1 meter on two sides
Fused power connection 230V/400V at least 2 x 16A or 1 x 32 A near the construction site
Sufficiently good lighting of the assembly area
Certified welders according to DIN 9606 for steel
Construction site tools - recommendation: welding equipment, ladders, winch, spirit level, straightedge, lighting, chain hoist, toolbox
Water pressure test 1.5 x operating pressure
