Increasing the amount of heat transported or heat output for a given volume flow and fixed specific heat capacity is only possible by increasing the temperature spread between the flow and return. This is exactly what the eXergiemaschine (eXm) does, thus ensuring optimum loading of heat accumulators.
It makes sense to use the eXm where low return temperatures are required (e.g. district heating), flow temperatures need to be increased (e.g. for hot water preparation in heat pump heating systems, in PVT systems or for waste heat recovery) or in systems with intensive hot water circulation. Old buildings with high-temperature heating systems and heat pumps also benefit from the temperature boost of the eXergiemaschine.
In the webinar you will get to know,
- how the eXergiemaschine works and which models are available,
- what technical and economic advantages the eXm offers.
You will also find out what distinguishes the eXm from a heating heat pump and why the two complement each other perfectly. The economic benefits of the eXm are explained using the following references:
- Efficient use of waste heat in hotels and meat processing
- eXm as a heat booster for hot water in residential buildings with heat pumps
- Temperature increase from the low-temperature network in the residential building
Target group
Engineers and planners, technical salespeople, project managers from the building services sector as well as system operators and investors.
