eXergiemaschine-max (eXm-max)
The largest eXergiemaschine (eXm) with 100 kW heat output
- Integrated control unit: As usual, our control unit is located directly in the machine housing and ensures maximum precision in pump control and system safety
- Power modulation: The frequency inverter allows the compressor output to be infinitely adjusted - for optimized running times, higher efficiency and application-optimized operation
- Extended data acquisition: The integrated frequency inverter enables precise current metering, which is displayed live in the user interface
- Environmentally friendly refrigerant (R513a)
Areas of application
- Apartment building
- Industry
The eXergiemaschine-max is a special type of water-to-water heat pump with a thermal output range of 80 to 120 kW and is used to optimize existing and new heating systems.
The eXm-max is connected to one or more heating buffer cylinders, provides the required temperatures and thus ensures optimum temperature stratification in the heating buffers.
Utilizing unused energy
Making sensible use of waste heat and heat recovery
High power range up to 100 kW
Efficient solution for selectively increasing the flow to the desired temperature
Future-proof
Reliable assumption of the base load for hot water preparation and can be used to support the heating system at peak times
Functions
The eXergiemaschine uses low-exergy heat between 25 and 60 °C in a buffer tank as a heat source and sink at the same time and uses electricity to raise one partial volume to a useful temperature level of up to 80 °C, while the other partial volume is cooled down as much as possible.
Application
The eXm-max is predestined for use in large commercial and industrial applications, local heating networks and properties with particularly high heating requirements - such as large school centers,
Hospitals or hotels.
Further use cases for large properties
- Flow temperature increase in central heating systems
- Waste heat utilization and heat recovery
- Industrial plants
- Local heating networks
- Hybrid collectors
Thanks to its efficient and adaptable operation, it makes a significant contribution to reducing primary energy requirements and thus contributes to the heating transition.
Animation
The eXergiemaschine uses low-exergy heat between 20 and 60 °C in a buffer tank simultaneously as a heat source and sink and raises one partial volume to a useful temperature level of up to 80 °C by using electricity, while the other partial volume is cooled down as much as possible.
