The VarCon380 system controller combines our energy-efficient, proven and robust control functions with modern options for user guidance, communication and data visualization. Pre-assembled system configurations can be adapted to the individual requirements of a specific building project in an almost unlimited number of variants.

Up to 160 inputs and outputs (IOs)
The number of IOs required determines the dimensions of the required control cabinet, which is available in sizes S, M and XL.

Operation
It is operated via an intuitive, generously graphic menu navigation on an Ethernet and browser-compatible end device, such as a PC, tablet PC or smartphone, or optionally on a touch panel integrated into the cabinet door.

Visualization of system data
No additional components are required for system visualization on any end devices within the home network. The view is simply called up via a specific website address. All sensor and actuator values of the system can be visualized in real time on the varmeco-typical hydraulic diagram.

Application

With the Varcon380 system controller, any heat generator, solar collector or heating system can be operated efficiently in combination with our hydraulic modules and our buffer cylinders. The typical area of application for the Varcon380 as a heating system controller ranges from single-family homes to apartment buildings and medium-sized properties.

Hydraulic modules and components individually assembled
Suitable hydraulic modules and components are available in various capacities and dimensions. By matching the components, such as pump size, connection dimensions, buffer volume, etc., the overall system is adapted to the requirements at hand. We do not offer standard packages, but pre-assembled modules that are individually designed and assembled.
