VARIO sol-nova 2.0
Dual-circuit solar stations with controller for solar systems up to 110 m²
- Compact design for space-saving installation
- Generously dimensioned counterflow plate heat exchanger for maximum transfer capacity with minimum temperature rise
- For collector areas from 20 to 110 m²
- Extensive measured values and digital interfaces
Areas of application
- Detached house
- Apartment building
Our VARIO sol-nova 2.0 product family offers compact 2-circuit solar transfer stations for solar thermal systems. The compact hydraulic assemblies integrate the self-sufficient controller, generously dimensioned plate heat exchangers and the speed-controlled high-efficiency pumps for the primary (solar) and secondary (buffer) circuits. The actuators and sensors are largely pre-wired and connected to the controller. Depending on the flow operating mode, the different types allow collector areas of 20 to at least 110 m². If the solar circuit is designed professionally, significantly larger areas can be realized.
Compact design
Space-saving installation and easy access for maintenance
Intelligent networking
Extended software allows the memory sensor data to be read in via Modbus
Model variety
Three sizes S, M and L for solar collector areas up to approx. 110 m²
Solar heat can be integrated particularly efficiently into heating systems via 2-circuit solar stations because it has a target temperature. However, many heating controllers do not have the necessary control function. Here the
Station VARIO sol-nova as a stand-alone device with integrated controller.
Functions
- Combined delta T and target temperature control in the solar and buffer circuit
- Forward switching
- Collector minimum temperature
- Test start function
- Energy and operating hours meter
- Automatic summer/winter time changeover
- Storage tank maximum temperature limit
- Collector cooling function
- Pump protection function
- Emergency operation in the event of a sensor fault
- Solar-side pressure, glycol and air bubble monitoring
Application
The actuators and sensors are largely pre-wired and connected to the controller. Depending on the flow operating mode, the different types allow collector areas of 20 to at least 110 m². If the solar circuit is designed professionally, significantly larger areas can be realized.
