Your activity:
- You support our internal customers and internal colleagues with technical issues relating to our electrical engineering and control technology products
- You analyze technical problems, assist with fault diagnosis and guide customers through the support process in a solution-oriented manner
What do we want from you?
- Completed vocational training in the field of electrics or in the SHK professional field
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of technical building services and control engineering
- You are friendly and communicative and may already have experience in customer service/support
- Enjoy teamwork and complete tasks independently and goal-oriented
