Please report any obvious transport damage immediately upon receipt of the goods (e.g. note the damage on the delivery note/waybill and have it confirmed by the driver). So that we can help quickly, please send us the most important information and photos here.

  • Exterior view of the package (with label/barcode)
  • Damaged area of the packaging (near & far)

Important note:

The notification using this form does not replace the note on delivery. Please have transport damage documented on delivery (e.g. „packaging damaged" on the delivery bill) and confirmed by the driver.
